Although Bob was born in Lodi, Ohio, he grew up in Wooster, Ohio and graduated from Wooster High School in 1975. He received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in 1979. Upon graduation from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1982, he joined his father in the practice of law in Wooster, Ohio. Bob is married and has two children.
